This article will serve as a guide to the third tier of Shadow Talents for the Priest class in World of Warcraft Cataclysm, Shadowform, Phantasm and Harnessed Shadows.
You must spend 15 total skill points in the Shadow Talent Tree to unlock the next tier of talents, which can include Shadowform, Phantasm and Harnessed Shadows. In addition, some talents require a specific talent be maxed out before unlocking itself, these requirements if present will be included below.
World of Warcraft Cataclysm Priest Shadow Talent: Shadowform
Shadowform has 1 rank, does not unlock any other talent.
Shadowform Rank 1: Instant cast ability, costing 13% of your base mana with a 1.5 second cool down. Casting Shadowform puts you in a special state where your Shadow damage is increased by 15%, all damage done to you is reduced by 15% and all party and raid members receive +5% spell haste. Holy spells may not be cast while this spell is active.
